Tesla Digital Germany is bankrupt and was deleted by The Government of Germany in 2015 due to lack of assets.

It looks like Bill has acquired another shell company and given it value through the manipulation of Cen Biotech Stock which has no value until the recent fraudulent trading of unrestricted shares.

Bill could not do this on his own, someone ( in-house) with the keys had to issue him a stock symbol without proper forms which never happens, and someone (in-house) choose to immediately trade those unregistered shares after the Tesla purchase was announced.

The CIA IMO has a black opp cell of the books running black opps on the financial markets to stealing our money using assets like Bill Chaaban. We certainly have experienced a military type strike against us and now Bill won't Appeal as if he was ordered to stand down.
