New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio said during a Monday news conference that authorities aren't currently searching for any other suspects in the bombings in New York and New Jersey.
The assistant director of the FBI's field office in New York, William Sweeney Jr., also said "there is no indication that there's a cell" in the area.
Rick Leventhal reported this afternoon that he spoke to a member of the Joint Terrorism Task Force, who also confirmed that there are no known additional suspects.
However, Leventhal said that this source also told him that it is "highly likely" that Ahmad Khan Rahami had help or support.
"You better believe that they're continuing to investigate to determine who he's been speaking with, who he's been in contact with and who might have helped him or supported him."
