From what I know, SMS is simply marketing and selling the territories to dealers. With very rough numbers only, if there are over 50 dealers and they get anything close to 100 year end, which is a strong possibility, we're looking at a low minimum of 2.5 million on dealerships at 25K average per territory. That's not taking into account dealerships from larger areas that may cost more (Vegas). It also doesn't count reorders for vending, etc.
