Dear Representative,
It has been long period, over a year, waiting for on answer from DTCC regarding the chill placed on eFUEL EFN, CORPORATION, trading symbol on OTC Market Pink Sheet “EFLN” CUSIP Number 28224E209.
We at eFUEL EFN, CORPORATION and all shareholders strongly believe that global freeze on EFLN was improperly and unjustly imposed. Why are some Brokerage Firms trading a large amount shares of common stock of EFLN, and other brokerage firms are not allowed to trade on the open market?
I have contacted SEC and DTCC numerous times from the beginning of global freeze.
SEC responded to me on all occasion informing me that they have not suggested, recommended or ordered any complains (freeze) on our Company. SEC filed a complaint against Joseph P. Cillo former President and CEO of eFUEL EFN, CORPORATION which is civil matter against the person.
On November 30, 2012 U.S. SECURITIES AND EXCANGE COMMISSION issue Litigation Release No. 22555., that SEC v. Joseph P. Cillo settlement have been reached.
EFLN shareholders and Members of the Board are accruing large amounts of damage due to DTCC chill on EFLN trade of common stock. This includes but is not limited to financially loss, emotional stress! DTCC was not able to issue any guidance in this matter, so we at eFUEL EFN, CORPORATION with shareholders having no other alternative then to hold DTCC accountable for imposing the chill.
We all at eFUEL EFN, CORPORATION in the name of company and all shareholders asking DTCC General Council to look into this matter, remove the chill from EFLN, allow global trading so that we may continue to move this company forward.
Enclosed : U.S. SECURITY AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION Litigation Release No: 22555.
Respectfully,
Ljubica Stefanovic President,
FUEL EFN, CORPORATION
