No the settlement back on January 15, 2016 was for $500k. NTEK struggled to make the monthly payments of $28,250 per month. To date they have $114k paid off but last payment was back on August 16th. So K2 filed to enforce payment but if the total of $251k had been paid off by September 25th then the action to enforce payment will be dismissed and NTEK can go back to make monthly payments.
