It also seems as though K2 agreed to a lower price in settlement. The lawsuit seems to have started for 750,000. The settlement was for 500,000, and there seems to be a full payment option of 250,000. K2 doesnt seem to want their content rights back, and NTEK seems to have won an "eyes more open" better deal.
The fact that NTEK is currently directing its available cash to coding is unsurprising to me.
I know - frustrating to find another issue - but perfectly fitting for a company that was trying to access content - and content is expensive. Also, NTEK was the beggar in this deal, not the proven playmaker. We got what we got.
