I see the we will file but they have dropped the 2016, that went out with the new court date I figure. 2017??? Early I'm hoping. It would be nice to get blindsided with a dropped case.
There was talk about the HJOE request to have the case dropped still could happen anytime, is it now kind of a consensus that the Jan date is tied to that as well??
