Thanks for at least putting forward a reasonable argument in defence of JBI. To say that the situation changed between the time that the 4.00 PIPE was finalized and the restatement is at least an attempt to provide a reasonable explanation. I don't think it is going to wash, because we are talking abotu ta matter of months, and CEOS are expected to have more brains than that. I thought that JB was supposedto be a genius or something.. well geniuses don't let this happen.
