Initially you suggest that Li will wait for the financials to come out so her group can acquire more shares at a bargain price. The implication here is that the financials might not be so great and thus drive the share price down whereupon Li's group can accumulate a bunch of shares at a better price. okay, I'm following you there as that makes good financial sense.
If I was Li, that is what I would do.
But then you walk that statement back and suggest it would be a good investment for us to ignore the effect of the pending financials, which may drive the pps down, and load up on shares right now based on speculation of the deal going through. I'm trying to reconcile that suggestion in light of the previous one.
