That's a good question BigHank because A. Taylor didn't do $hit for the company. The amount of time he spent playing golf when he should have been closing deals was disastrous at such a critical time building UF. Far as I'm concerned he did nothing for the company but accepted a ton of shares. Glad he is gone as it puts us in a rebuilding mode to a certain degree.
