Yea those numbers sound about right, but again this was discussed previously. If we see no Form 10, we will not see that pps this year. They need to get it together and finish it already before they lose all interest from any potential buyers. Based on today's blog, we have no inclination as to how close they are. Not that it matters bc a month ago they gave us the impression it was very close to being done. But look where we're at.
