The Chinese taking control is a merger made in heaven. The reason for giving up control is to get an infusion of cash for expansion purposes. Jerry has a ton of common stock and a 5 year contract so he's not going anywhere.
He gets $3.5 million for his personal use and the company gets $5 million for corporate purposes. And the best part is the shareholders make out like a bandit.
