They have shortened their signal window. But looks like ETRF and CDEL have more command of the manipulation NITE is just one of their higher level pawns. ETRF and CDEL have been penalized for stuff, but not enough to out weigh their ill gotten gains.
If there is fount to be a partner on P the paper work is going to start probably 2-3 months before announcment. I'm sure they will wait until after phase 2b to announce by that could be as soon as beginning of around quarter.... imagine the partner would take positron in CTIX pervious to final announcment.
Not a good time to be short or looking in from the outside!
