ONE DAY after SIGNING a deal to acquire Tesla Digital and its assets and technology and PROVIDE a job for Steven Pokrajac,
Cen Biotech started trading unregistered shares illegally, thus pumping our stock to $3.00 a share at one point. It took over 27 hours for Bill to respond with a legal disclaimer of having no knowledge.
Now this is not rocket science but it sure seams to me that the terms of the contract required the common stock to be worth x amount of dollars so that the contract would have value.
Well it sure looks like Stevan Pokrajac's common shares have value to satisfy the purchase agreement on day after a deal was signed.

Looks like Cen Biotech just acquired a new employee Steven Pokrajac, wonder what his salary is and what does he do ? When you aquire a person in business you are surely acquiring a payroll liability.
