I copied and pasted this info from the very first SEC Filing that CEN filed . I think Bill is a one man show!! Hope this clears up the little disagreement over if anyone else is on the board of directors at this time , no one else is involved with CEN BIOTECH. No other filings say otherwise .

He has been Chief Executive Officer of Creative. A public company, since April, 2012. Mr. Chaaban holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor, a JD from the University of Detroit, and a Master of Laws from Wayne State University.
