(and that was a legit bid via NN of 20000 @ 035) .. i expected *volume*
to close PTOI down yesterday to about 03 ..instead there was over
100,000 of *volume* .. some of which imo was *marked* via the 87000
re: daily reg sho %s (which as i've noted for years now has long since
been perverted re: PTOI)

when ARCA gets *hired* .. i pay attn because it always translates to ATS
Dark Pool (another perverted stat now) .. and i never rule out another
*crew* working the vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation entering
PTOI .. because they can .. and it's a no brainer to most what it meant
2 days ago with PTOI going up 113% on less than 70000 in volume

as always *most* actual P2O investors .. recognize that legit bid support is one *key*
in this ongoing *war*

i suspect most of today's current *volume* are longs' picks ..
