I completely understand WHO you are insinuating that sold the unregistered shares.. I will say this only for newbies who may not understand the consequences of the sale of these unregistered shares.. BILL Chaaban, or anyone else closely affiliated with him or the company would go to jail for securities fraud... I for one, fail to believe at this juncture that Bill or anyone else close to him for that matter, would put their very freedom on the line for this. Just my two cents
