Franklin Templeton ownership decreases below 10% - a notification under Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Securities Market Act

Uponor Corporation has received a notification from Franklin Resources, Inc., a U.S. company, referred to in Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Securities Market Act on a change in holdings. According to the notification, the holdings of Franklin Templeton Institutional, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Franklin Resources, Inc., reached 9.55% on 13 September 2016. The number of shares and voting rights held by the company now amounts to 6,989,652 shares. According to the notification, no individual fund or client account managed by Franklin Templeton Institutional, LLC holds 5% or more.
