No its not Amature hour its , Bill has not lost a dime but rather seams to of made millions and is getting ready to foreclose on his loans to cen bio which will AWARD him the 13 Million dollar compound.
Bills lawyers told Bill to drop the Appeal because his personal position would be far more beneficial if he just dropped both appeals for a License and Zoning.
The only winner here is Bill, always has been. Amature hour think not, he is a tactician manipulating ( politics ) and the law for personal gain.

I bet Bills friend in Canada i.e broker friend was behind the artificial illegal pump of Cen Bio the last 27 hours.
Every legal conflict thus so far, Bill has WON. Controversy has put millions and real property into Bills bank account. If I was an attorney I would say there has been a strategy all along to win from failure.
