Bill is the one who through terms like "detrimental reliance, tortious interference, retroactive zoning changes" , It was Bill who said we had zoning all along, Now don't you think Bill owes it to us shareholders to try and remedy our License and Zoning on appeal and back up his legal position as a member of the bar and leading shareholders to believe in his position ?
That's a fiduciary duty I would think to try and correct the subjective error on Appeal.
it has no FACE, SO what's FUELING the NEGITIVE ?
