When there was only 20M showing as available at .0001, a 4M buy was not filled (it was not AON).
Initially 12M less put on the ask by the indecisive basher / flippers trying to get out for a commission loss.
Ask was down to 18M then one of the indecisive basher / flippers put 23M back up again.
