The burden of proof is on CTIX, get that right. They are the one claiming they have life changing drugs worth $100's of millions. Nobody knows for sure yet. All we can do is speculate.
Mako's claims/points were silly and completely not on point. I laughed at the article, and moved on. What I claim is far more damning, but I don't have the care, resources, timing, and manipulative punch they have. I'm not trying to manipulate. I just enjoy the debate. Rosen chases the ambulance and hopes for a CAL, tired old approach. It's was always a diversion, and I said it from the very start.
Leo will walk away into the sunset not having broken any laws when this is all done.
I believe this ends with no deals or partnerships that justify anywhere near a $120M market cap. I could be wrong, but doubt I am.
