When I did a quick search, the desired result came back just as CountryMac posted a few minutes ago: http://investorshangout.com/post/view?id=4050594
Another search entry denoted that it only becomes slightly more involved when the agent is commercial, which according to Nevada, means representative of 10 or more entities. Thus, despite the fact that we are a business, we still file as noncommercial. Could also fall under the third category of Title of Office(r).
