Is the name and ticker change( to PNCH) preventing those who are holding millions of shares of ICPA froms selling?
asking because i wish yo get in on monday--- but wont get in if those longs who are holding millions of shares of ICPA are being temporarily stalled from selling. i dont wanna get in when these dudes begin selling. pls give me the picture guys-- thanks
