Just to be clear, I am in a long position as well, it just sounded as if things were being said on behalf of the company that would push this position not just to a long position but one that would devastate the stock as well. I would merely reposition a chunk of shares or maybe change up strategy if I thought we were going to go from this court battle and still had 2 more waiting to file before a SEC filing could occur.
If your in a position at this level and anticipate a sec filing once we stomp out KBM (which will happen) and they turned around and headed back to court and announce a delayed filing I have to think we all agree this would bring the stock to some pretty incredible lower limits we have not seen. You would pretty stupid to stay in at these levels if that is truly your belief, its not my belief that this will happen.
Now before I say this next statement, I want it known that I believe the company has the backs of the stockholders and is going to hit a home run. However, when someone says that they have no responsibility to the shareholders is just a crazy statement all the way around. You are a public company, I own a piece of the company, you own a piece of the company, as an owner I do think you now have a responsibility to me as an investor = owner.
I do not believe this comes out in any way shape or form from the company itself, it is just a really weird way of trying to defend the company. I don't think they need that type of defending. I don't own 100 mil shares but think I have a pretty large chunk and continue to grow my position.
I see this board as different opinions but some of the context you can almost take as insider information statement. I get some posters may be close to the company but it comes across at times they speak for the company.
I didn't know I was called weak minded but um ...ok. I happen to think this is a legitimate conversation with other like minded long position investors. I tend to like the debate and opinions of some of the more detailed aspects and not always talk about puppies, rainbows and unicorns.
