, the controlling shareholder of AviChina Industry & Technology Company Limited (the"Company" 2357.HK) purchased on the trading system of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd. A total of 13,076,000 H shares of the Company ("H Shares" for an aggregate amount of approximately HK$59,898,900 and the average price per H Shares was HK$4.58 through China Aviation Industry (Hong Kong) Company Limited, AVIC's wholly-owned subsidiary. The H Shares purchased represent approximately 0.24% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
