Thank you for providing the link to the defense. You are wrong that I never read it. I did read it when it was first posted. Most of the defense is "we deny the allegations." This could only be settled satisfactorily with a jury trial bringing the accusers to the stand to confront those involved who say it never happened. I guess the reason that I tend to believe the allegations is because the while thing seemed fishy to me at the time it was happening. And,as I said when it first came out, the SEC must have had some reason to believe the allegations before moving ahead with the complaint. And JB stepped aside from his controlling position, which seems out of character without a good reason to do so. BUT if this were to turn out to be a totally fabricated case without merit I would hope that the parties involved, including those at the SEC who may have helped without doing the due diligence required to avoid a frivolous case, would be held accountable. And then they should make the movie once the company achieves the success we have been waiting for. They should definitely include the message boards as part of the story.
