He better hurry up! Seriously, the crap you righties fall for.
3/4 of the State legislatures have to vote to repeal a Constitutional amendment, and that only happens if a Bill to repeal emerges from the Congress.
It was meant to be difficult, and now it is extraordinarily difficult, so all of the ass on fire fears of the right are unfounded.
