It would give me great pleasure to see them actually go after those they feel are interfering with company operations as certainly a public company issuing stock is part of the business, and interfering with that is and will become and even riskier business. That being said, I also think the first amendment protects a lot when it comes to free speech. Opinions are simply that and the other thread has come under litigation in the past and made its way through. Still, it seems the folks at HJOE are resolute and focused on continuing to build their fundamental base and continue to hope their supporters see it through with them. Should they be victorious, and we know they think that the only outcome, all of us our victorious. Infinite patience and balls of steel needed here. It's not for everybody and I'd fault nobody for changing their strategy.
