There is no significant supply until 1.31, if the inaccurate http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CTIX/quote site is more or less correct. Only a total of 400 shares available at 1.26 and 1.27. I guess maybe "they" have used this overall market weakness and lies at the other site to cover more shorts?
