Quite simple: I do not assume the allegations of a plaintiff's complaint to be true, and reject the assertions in a defendant's answer as false, and then leap to judgment in favor of the plaintiff, without any consideration of the evidence. Apparently you deem it prudent to do so, and I wholeheartedly disagree with your approach. If we blindly accept one side's argument, and ignore the defense thereto, then of course the plaintiff wins. Wow!
Perhaps you should at least try reading both sides' filings before passing judgment. I quoted you at least part of the answer previously, which I guess you simply chose to ignore.
If I am ever a plaintiff, I would love for you to be on my jury.
Get the point now???
