Hard to believe but here it is nearing the middle

Hard to believe but here it is nearing the middle of Dec and as I was riding home at 8pm on my cycle in the DFW area another rider pulls up next to me wearing shorts.  Today was as pretty a day for golf as we have had this year.

Have got a lot of family in CTIX now as I tell them it is as near a rock solid gamble as can be found and the possible returns are beyond belief.
