Mr. Heddle obviously can't come right out and say that processor #3 is fixed because then older investors will raise the question as to why the flagship processor isn't running and producing money...but Mr. Heddle can paint a story of a tight ship to investors. Eventually everyone will forget that the plant was ever supposedly broken and that the breakage was supposedly the reason why production was halted.

PTOI's tagline: "Plastic2Oil, Inc. ("P2O" is an innovative North American fuel company that transforms unsorted, unwashed waste plastic into ultra-clean, ultra-low Sulphur fuel without the need for refinement."
If PTOI is ever required to explain what kind of fuel is produced from unsorted, unwashed (dirty) plastic which doesn't need refinement before it's used for that purpose, that tagline will fall apart. PTOI keeps that tagline vague for a reason.
