Tesla Digital has a street address of : 602 Ellis Street West Windsor, On, Canada. Here is there web site and building location.

I googled street address and view and confirmed the location.
This is the parcel there are two buildings on this parcel, Tesla Digital is the smaller of the two in the far back corner. You just need to navigate google a little bit.

So led lighting now ? Don't know what to say other than the led industry has potential but you need a sales force, what better sales force than making shareholders distributers to their local area.
A shareholder could buy in much like a franchise. Just thinking out of the box.
Website says they are in Germany, India, and Croatia but all that means is there is a sole person / distributer trying to turn a profit.
