I find it very peculiar TBEV investors on these boards aren't understanding / don't want to understand why the company increased the A/S to 20 billion shares.
Did anyone notice the following:
Many companies increase the AS to prevent hostile takeovers. TBEV has nothing to 'takeover'.
None of the 'emploeyes' are exercising stock options
In terms of earnings dilution, TBEV has no earning. Amazon earnings? If you call cases sitting in an amazon warehouse 'earnings..
This is a tell-tale sign of a reverse split being formulated. 6 months or less until it goes into effect.
