I contacted them about a year ago for a quote on buying a 20T machine I think. They gave me quote a long time ago, messaged me 5x since and then send this email to me today:

We are now working with Alibaba Henan branch to start a promotion activity for our Pyrolysis Plant.
As long as the customer pay at least 1000usd as Earnest Money on 12th Sep. 2016 to 17th Sep 2016 , they can enjoy 5%-10% discount based on the price I once quoted you before.
The discount price will be valid for one year. But the activity only last 6days.
So if you have any interesting in this, please let me know.
