It becomes legally binding when a Definitive Agreement is filed.
I am aware that Pink Sheet scam companies (with no real products or services) have used LOI's to create false hype and to pump the share price.
In the instance of RMHB and especially to the fact that the company has gone through so much time and expense to become a FULLY REPORTING SEC filer I would take this LOI as a serious and very real filing.
Mrs Li Li has been involved with Rocky Mountain High Brands through the upstate New York distributor for many months.
Although this LOI is not a consummated deal at this moment in time I believe this deal will finalize and the shareholders will benefit from the results of this transaction.
