$SPCL Very nice day over here. We should be holding .001's within the next few days, with little to no more flashing in the .000's.
A few days ago, I was asked about some of the trading action. I referred to an inside hedge, known as a Master Regenerative Virtual Brokerage(MRVB) that $TPAC was using to trade $SPCL. The Tweet below is what I was referring to(*full disclosure, I have positions in both stocks).

The first system test for the MRVB under a hedge test used spcl, .0003 today spcl is .001

Hopefully the MRVB will keep on SPCL for some time now and will push this up further, flipping to acquire a greater position, causing greater liquidity and average 30 day volume, leading to more eyes, thus locking more of the float before potential RM news hits the wires and sends this.
