I gotta say that I chuckled when I saw the 30 day DD caveat. Lily has been associated with the company for quite some time. I think it's fair to say that this is a done deal. And I agree, the possibility of an RS is dead. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if there were a share buyback. We've been wanting deep pocket investors. Well, here they are. Enjoy!
