Is this change in control a good deal for the shareholder?

China is a market with 1.3 billion people that are consumers and will provide a market for all of their products. China's water sucks and now they will have a high quality water as well as the healthy hemp drinks available to them. That market far exceeds the U.S. by over 400%. With this control change RMHB will have the cash infusion needed to grow by leaps and bounds. They can and will be supplying big box outlets will all the inventory necessary to feed the entire country. This is opening the door to becoming a house hold name and all the big companies like Walmart, Costco, 7-11 will be the start of an avalanche of companies knocking on our door to be part of the exploding business.
