From what I've just been reading I think she represents very big Chinese investment capital. It looks like they own several buildings in NYC as well as in China. I posted a link but removed it as I wasn't 100% sure it was them, but most likely it is. The deal should move toward fruition with lots of non-dilution capital accelerating the progress.
