I cant wait for the internet people to get theirs
and review them here. I have to say that I really liked
the IPA Jerky this weekend. But so far my order of preference
is this:1 Memphis Dry Rub--by far my favorite....just perfect,tangy,hint of BBQ,succulent meat.
2. Tequilla Lime Hobanerro...HOT! HOT HOT and oh so good..
3. New Orleans Whisky cured and IPA-tie...Oh that glaze.
4. Western...very good traditional
The only one I wasn't crazy about was the coconut....But, I despise
that flavor, so don't go by me..
4/5 are a ten !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If HJOE was a baseball player, They would
be a superstar!!!!!!
