Even if one is not a shareholder of CTIX but is trying to invest by commonly accepted means , a presidence could be made here by Sullivan/Ashcroft that could build better confidence in the marketplace as a place to put your money. So YES , we hope they go ALL THE WAY on this one as it appears they have the chance to do so.
