**Don't Know What the Hell I was Thinking......Fiscal Year End = Oct 31
All my Posts Are Off....********BUT I JUST FIGURED IT OUT***********............
I Can't seem to find the News Report (recent) on the EX-IM Loan (thought I had It Saved.....CountryMac.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!......I FOUND YOU....( It....!!!!!)
With All the "pre-Christmas Presents"... All of Bill's children are Dreaming of.....Oct. 31st is coming..... realistically...a little too quick for $40,000,000 in revenue ( .01/Shr)... But Maybe Including up to Dec 31 '16.....IT WILL..........Soo Now What.......Follow ME....

Basically....The Bill contains a "Double Edged Sword" for Good Ole Shelby.....If a Quorum Isn't Resolved......The Bill Allows the "Existing" Board Members,(2ea.), (Period), "The Board" to be able to Approve Loans over $10 Mil.......
[three of the five seats on its board of directors are currently vacant. Since the board lacks a quorum, it cannot vote to approve new deals valued at more than $10 million.]
**[The OMB is requesting that the CR include language allowing, in the case where the board lacks a quorum, all the members of the board to approve new transactions. The provision would be valid through September 2019.]
I Can't find the supplement someone had also Posted, However from memory the 2 existing members are in Full Favor of the EX-IM Approval of Loans Exceeding $10 Mil.....!!!!!!!....( I'll Bet They Have New Private Jets...???...Thank You Boeing...)
