The RMHB upgrading to the OtcQB is to signify the company no longer is a startup and is now a fully SEC reporting early-stage and developing U.S. company.
RMHB now reports on the SEC database known as EDGAR:

The benefits could include eligibility for conventional financing and opens many doors that were previously unavailable due to the lack of corporate transparency.
