It seems to me that it would be completely open to speculation until Xnrg and or one of its subsidiaries publicly announced that they have dissolved any business relationship with him. If the allegations are true, and if he was actually scamming and or defrauding the government then wouldn't it also be true that we are in business with a scammer, As long as the companies are linked by a partnership? Mahvi has no problem mentioning in the article, that his future is dependent on making a go of his new fuel venture. Not out of the question to assume he is talking about his partnership with Xnrg. Look how media people speculate on Clinton and Trump, based upon who they have been or are associated with, and talk about it for days.
Anyway, I am done talking about it. News of a deal can't come soon enough for me.
