LONDON, Aug. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The directors and management of Capital Venture Europe PLC (CPVNF) are pleased to update the shareholders on Heulab Pte. Ltd.'s EduLab technology.
EduLab is a one-stop centre for teachers to carry out project collaborations using infocomm technology. Not only does EduLab support prototyping of technology-enabled innovations, it also offers insights into how schools are able to integrate innovative ICT practices into lessons and classroom activities, opening new possibilities to teaching and learning with ICT through pilot projects in schools.
In a bid to transform the current practice of personal selling during a property launch, Heulab developed an interactive one-stop real estate Heumi information kiosk with a multi-touch, multi-user computing surface. The customized platform was developed for eCO, Far East Organization's SOHO-inspired eco-friendly residential development. The platform is used as a highly interactive promotional tool for eCO in all Far East Organization road shows, its concept being the first of its kind to be used in property sales.
The platform serves as an engaging marketing and advertising tool; not only does it allow potential home-buyers to view residential layouts, floor plans and pricing, it also incorporates a viral element of fun by enabling guests to post images of the development to social media networks such as their Facebook accounts, all accessed via touch.
BackPack.NET is a strategic collaboration between Ministry of Education (MOE) in Singapore, Infocomm Development Authority (IDA) and Microsoft Singapore, encouraging student-centric learning through the use of Tablet PCs, digital inking and other innovative technologies.
As a partner of the BackPack.NET initiative, Heulab worked very closely with Crescent Girls School in a highly innovative learning project whereby teachers and the entire student cohort were equipped with Tablet PCs. This provided a virtual learning space for the deployment of Heulab solutions, Fun with Virtual Classroom and Fun with Construction, which significantly improved the efficiency and quality of learning for Mathematics and Geography and also improved collaborations between teachers and students.
CEO Wee Guan Tan believes the collaboration of Heulab with Ministry of Education, Infocomm Development Authority and Microsoft Singapore will definitely bring the company to greater heights.
