I would say the barter credits that were "ultimtely cleared with the SEC" is a far easier way to assess value rather than using the price of the stock that would swing 10% in either direction on 5000 shares at the time to assess the value of 1 million shares.
Furthermore, specially for the "barter credits," they supposedly did by $10 million worth of advertising for placements in areas that would cost the same amount in cash.
