Rice University students are working with doctors at M.D. Anderson to develop software programs to quantify the relaxation phase of magnetic nanoparticles and figured out an algorithm to correct for motion (patient breathing)and flux jumps (recording artifact) that previously corrupted the data on Senior Scientifics relaxometry platform.
