ZWAG Box Facebook Updates around midnight EST (not yet end of day PST where the warehouse is located):
ZWAG Box: "We have been told that boxes have been sent. Last we heard from the shipping company on tracking was that the computers "do a batch process and email at end of day" At this point we have emailed for clarification and gotten none. We hope that when we wake up there will have been many received tracking emails. We will get through this and you will all get your boxes. Zwag Box"
ZWAG Box: "This is not to say that at 12 Midnight PST is not the end of the day or later for a computer. We are disappointed and embarrassed... However boxes are traveling. This unpleasant part will be over soon."
Customer responses so far to the above:
"I haven't gotten any emails yet, but I'll be patient about it..."
"Hopefully the emails will be sent out (as I have not received on either). I'll try to be as patient as possible. Thank you for keeping us informed."
